We offer a straightforward return process to ensure your shopping experience remains as seamless as our canopy designs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack your umbrella in its original protective sleeve and shipping box, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
